When does your domestic helper’s work permit expire?
The work permit expiry date is not displayed on her work permit card. But it is easy to check. Download the SGWorkPass App to your handphone. Use SGWorkPass to scan the QR Code on her Work Permit Card. You will be able to see the validity date of her work permit card.
With this system, when a domestic helper renews her work permit, she will no longer be issued a new work permit card. She continues to use her existing work permit card and the expiry date will be updated and verifiable through the QR Code on her work permit card upon successful renewal.
About 6-8 weeks before the work permit expires, MOM will send Work Permit Renewal Notice to the employer. You may contact us after you have received the Work Permit Renewal Notice. If you did not receive the Work Permit Renewal Notice, please contact us directly.
01 FILL WORK PERMIT RENEWAL FORM
Step 01 is for information gathering.
If you are able to fill up the online forms, please do so now, as this will shorten the process.
However, if you prefer to submit the information by other ways, please contact us directly, and proceed to Step 02.
02 CHOOSE INSURANCE PACKAGE
Step 02 is for browsing through the various options of a domestic helper insurance for accident and hospitalization.
While additional hospitalization top ups are optional, it is recommended to increase the coverage for greater protection, as foreigners do not enjoy any government subsidies for hospitalization.

03 BOOK A DISCUSSION
Step 03 is for addressing all your concerns.
No payment is required until you are completely satisfied and clear on the service(s) that we will be providing and the corresponding fee(s).
Until this stage, there is no obligation to use our services, if you are not 100% satisfied.
If you decide to proceed, our office will send you a detailed invoice for payment.
04 PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
Step 04 is when you are ready to appoint our agency to kick-start the processing.
Documents needed for processing have to be ready, signed and submitted to us.
We will request for authorization to process. We will not process without proper authorization from the employer.
Processing may be done onsite or online. Whenever it is possible, we can handle transactions online.
