Domestic Helper Insurance

All Domestic Helpers must have an Accident & Hospitalization Plan that meets Ministry of Manpower (MOM) conditions. There are basic plans that cover the minimum required by MOM. However, you may also consider purchasing optional hospitalization top-ups for better coverage, protection and peace of mind.

The employer is liable to pay for all medical and hospitalization costs of his or her domestic worker. As foreigners, domestic workers are not entitled to receive any government subsidies for hospitalization in government hospitals.
