Have you found your own domestic worker who is currently residing in Singapore and you are not sure how to do the processing? Or maybe you do know how to do your own processing but you are too busy? Let the professionals handle for you.
For a low fee, we handle all the processing for all Ministry of Manpower matters and Insurance matters until a new work pass is issued under your name. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee the work performance of your direct helper since you have sourced your own helper, but we will be happy to provide agency backup for all maid matters, if and when you need.
Our quotation for Direct Transfer is transparent. We will give you a no-obligation breakdown of fee before we kickstart the processing.
By the way, there shall be no hidden charges, and we do not charge any fee to the domestic helper for all direct transfer transactions.
01 FILL UP DIRECT TRANSFER FORM
Step 01 is for information gathering.
If you are able to fill up the online forms, please do so now, as this will shorten the process.
However, if you prefer to submit the information by other ways, please contact us directly, and proceed to Step 02.
02 CHOOSE INSURANCE PACKAGE
Step 02 is for browsing through the various options of a domestic helper insurance for accident and hospitalization.
While additional hospitalization top ups are optional, it is recommended to increase the coverage for greater protection, as foreigners do not enjoy any government subsidies for hospitalization.
Our office will contact you to confirm your selection.
03 BOOK A DISCUSSION
Step 03 is for addressing all your concerns.
No payment is required until you are completely satisfied and clear on the service(s) that we will be providing and the corresponding fee(s).
Until this stage, there is no obligation to use our services, if you are not 100% satisfied.
If you decide to proceed, our office will send you a detailed invoice for payment.
04 PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
Step 04 is when you are ready to appoint our agency to kick-start the processing.
Documents needed for processing have to be ready, signed and submitted to us.
We will request for authorization to process. We will not process without proper authorization from the employer.
Processing may be done onsite or online. Whenever it is possible, we can handle transactions online.
